We currently provide external audit, internal audit and finance agency services to LSVT organisations. As a result we have the requisite knowledge and experience to prepare business plans for stock transfers incorporating 30 year cash flow projections, detailed budgets and comments which meet all the criteria laid down by lenders.

We can appraise packages offered by lenders, prepare reports comparing different terms and their long term impact, and negotiate on your behalf to ensure the best possible deal is struck.

We will also review the most appropriate combination of variable to fixed rate loans and consider all other vehicles available such as index-linked loans
