Consequently, the need to provide sufficient training and development to both staff and trustees is a vital part of the process. Alexander Sloan Chartered Accountants can assist with staff and trustees training on areas of complexity which may not be covered by a traditional training provider. Examples of training which we are able to provide include the following :-

• Risk Management - developing a strategy, factors to take into account, monitoring
• Internal Audit – planning, links with risk management, action plans for recommendations

We provide personalised training at your premises for staff and trustees, using PowerPoint presentations which relate to your own organisation rather than a standard course.
