| All charities with income above £500,000 require by law to have their accounts audited in accordance with Auditing Standards. Some charities are required to have an audit by their constitutions and sometimes a funder asks for an audit to be carried out as a condition of a grant.
We are registered to carry out audit work by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and are experienced in the audit of a wide range of charities and voluntary organisations.
Our audit service aims to provide trustees with confidence in the accuracy of a charity’s financial statements, and assurance as to the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting procedures and internal controls.
